In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, this may be, damage on delivery, wrong delivery or are you not satisfied with the purchased product? Do not hesitate and contact us directly. In consultation, the best and fastest solution will always be offered.

We use a 14 day return right, to return the product at its own expense without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt. The purchase must be sent to us completely, undamaged and in the original packaging.

You can, for various reasons, choose to return the order, or a part of it. A different return procedure applies for every reason.


I am not satisfied with my purchase

That is unfortunate to hear but unfortunately that can happen, no need. For orders, a trial period of 14 days after receipt applies. The product may be returned within this period.
Return always first register in advance by mail info@giga-goods.com before you proceed to sending.

We can only take back a return when it is complete, completely undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

We do not reimburse shipping costs for sending back in this case.

My order is damaged and / or defective

It is very annoying when a product arrives damaged and we will solve it as soon as possible! Please report this directly to us via the mail info@giga-goods.com.
We will initiate the return procedure whereby we quickly switch to Replacement or Refund.
We always recommend to check the order immediately upon receipt!

Shipping costs for the return will in this case be reimbursed by us.

Transport damage
First of all, it is important that you never receive a seriously damaged package. If the carrier delivers a damaged package, you can refuse it and then contact us directly.
If you do want to accept a package with damage, because the damage at first glance seems to fall, then indicate on the receipt of the deliverer that you have accepted the package with damage. If it turns out that the product in the package is also damaged or defective, we can deal with this problem more quickly.
Incorrect product received or ordered

We apologize if you received the wrong product, we want to fix it as soon as possible. Please report this directly to us via info@giga-goods.com.

Shipping costs for the return will in this case be reimbursed by us.

Defective product within the warranty period

A guarantee applies to every product delivered, as determined by the manufacturer of the relevant product.
All products have a guarantee period of at least 1 year. And this is of course always adhered to provided that the conditions of the guarantee are met.
Manufacturing errors are of course covered under warranty. Wear and tear is not covered here, as are damage caused by incorrect assembly or use.

The product has a bad fit

In case of a badly fitting product, we will always ask for clear photos to be sent by email. So that we can get a clear picture of the problem. If the product is not suitable, we will ask to return it to us. We will assess this product ourselves and then proceed to Replacement or Refund.

Pay attention! Always check the fit of the product before you have it sprayed or assembled in color. Sprayed or assembled parts can not be returned. For aftermarket parts applies that adjustments are sometimes necessary to get the product well-fitting.

Return shipping costs

If the reason for return is a damaged received product, a wrongly delivered product or a warranty settlement, then the shipping costs for return shipping will be reimbursed by us.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, the fit is not to your liking or if you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, then the shipping costs for the return will not be reimbursed by us.
How to return

Always contact our info@giga-goods.com first, we will inform you where to send the returned product. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. giga-goods is not liable for damage or loss of returned products. You are requested to return the product with a reliable international carrier that offers a tracking service (such as PostNL or GLS).

Make sure you use the original packaging when you return a product. The product to be returned must arrive to us in the same condition as that received by you. In case of traces of use or damage, giga-goods reserves the right to refuse and / or pay the return.

A copy of the purchase invoice must be sent.

As a remedy against potential misuse, giga-goods has the right not to pay compensation to anyone who in our view unlawfully uses this return policy.

Replacement or Refund

When you return an item, you automatically receive a message when the return shipment is received by us (e-mail or telephone). As soon as we have received your return and checked it, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price including the shipping costs (if the error lies with giga goods).

We will process the return within 7 working days (calculated from the date you sent the item).
